  Includes 1 6 X 6 table 2 chairs and a wastebasket.
  Please provide signage and table cover. All vendors will be listed and described in the program.
• Bronze Sponsor – $1,000.00
  Listed as conference sponsor on the program and sponsor banner. One exhibit space, 6 x 6 table, two chairs.
• Gold Sponsor – $5,000.00
  2 exhibit spaces, two tables 6 x 6, listed in the program and on the sponsor banner and website.
• Platinum Sponsor – $10,000.00
  Platinum Sponsors have their name included in the name of the conference. They have the speaking time of their choice and two spaces with 6 x 6 table 2 chairs, and waste basket. Sponsors name will be on a banner in the general session area. Platinum sponsors have 2 complimentary conference registrations.
• Silver Sponsor – $2,500.00
  Silver level receive 1 trade show space, logo on the website and program. Listed as a silver sponsor on the website.
• Vendor – $850.00
