Exhibitor Contract for the ATEA Region 5 Conference in Watertown, S.D.
Exhibit fees: $100 for a 10' X 10' booth, one 8' table, chair and social event pass. Additional booth space is $50.
Exhibitor will provide thier own extension power cord for electrical hookup (50ft or longer) if needed.
Exhibitor understands that the registration fee is not refundable for cancellations received 30 days prior to the conference.
Exhibitor agrees to keep ATEA and Lake Area Technical Institute harmless for any damage, loss, cost liability, or other non-program expenses associated with the exhibitor's occupancy and use of exhibition premises.
Exhibitor contracts are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive a confirmation letter upon receipt of your registration.
