Sharing Best Practice on the program and how they are working with Rivian, manufacturer of EV's located in Normal. The program prepares the workforce for Wind Energy Storage as well as EV batteries--High Voltage.

It has as a goal of inclusion of students of color, low income and first generation to move them to high paying jobs (30% above minimum wage) funded by the State of Illinois grant to Heartland CC to support their enrollment initiative.
