  • Conference is Oct. 28 starting with overview of Southern New Mexico space industry, NASA White Sands Testing Facility and Army White Sand Missile Range with panel on area businesses including Virgin Galactic and Hapsmobile. Thursday Oct. 29 tour of Spaceport America and panel lead by Beth Moses on training passenger astronauts with the sessions on how Dona Ana and New Mexico State University collaborated without merging to maintain the institutional program and student base to serve the aerospace industry in southern New Mexico.
