How to Help Ensure HVACR  Completers Can “Walk the Walk” in a Socially-Distanced Environment

In the call you will get strategies on how to successfully confirm that an HVACR student has mastered the hands-on techniques that must be performed in the field. Practical, hands-on evaluations must be conducted.

As HVACR faculty find themselves in the difficult situation created by the pandemic, decisions must be made regarding how to ensure that program completers are qualified to enter the workforce. In this session, Eugene Silberstein, will discuss some methods that can be used to ensure that the physical abilities of students are adequately evaluated before granting them program credentials.

The call format will be:

  1. Welcome and Introductions
  2. Presentation
  3. Q& A
  4. Sharing Best Practice Around the call
  5. Wrap Up

Thank you to Eugene Silberstein and ESCO for hosting the call.
