Base fee:
  • Includes 1 10X 8 Exhibit Booth, piping & draping, 1 skirted 6ft. table, 2 chairs and a wastebasket.
  • Includes 1 10X 8 signage, 2 chairs and a wastebasket.
  • Bronze sponsors are listed on group sponsor banners and conference materials. Bronze sponsors have one complimentary 10 x 8 trade show booth 6ft skirted table, 2 chairs and waste basket.
  • Silver sponsors are recognized at the conference from the podium. Silver sponsor's company name is on the conference banners and in the program. There are 1 complimentary 10 x 8 trade show booth and 1 complimentary registration with this registration. The booth includes a 6 ft. skirted table, draping, signage, 2 chairs and waste basket.
  • Gold Sponsor level has two Trade Show Tables, each with signage, draping, 2 6 x 2 skirted tables, 2 chairs and wastebasket. The Gold level has two full conference registration, Gold sponsor is listed in the program and on conference banners. The representative is invited to the podium to greet the conference.
  • Gold Sponsors are recognized at the conference as Gold Plus @ $7500. The representative is invited to the podium to greet the conference. Gold is recognized on banners and has 2 complimentary 10 x 8 trade show booths. Gold sponsors also get two complimentary conference registrations. All trade shows booths include 6ft skirted table, draping, signage, 2 chairs and wastebasket
  • Platinum Sponsors have their name included in the name of the conference. They have the speaking time of their choice and two 10 x 10 trade show booths, each with 6ft skirted table, signage, 2 chairs, and waste basket Sponsors name will be on a banner in the general session area. Platinum sponsors have 2 complimentary conference registrations.

All vendors with a name badge are invited to all conference coffee breaks. Opening lunch at $25.00

The American Technical Education Association and Ivy Tech Community College  invites you to exhibit at the 56th ATEA National Conference and Trade Show.  2019 is hosted by Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana at the Crowne Plaza Union Station, Indianapolis.

As an exhibitor at the 2019 Trade Show, you will have access to 300+ key decision-makers.   Conference participants will be looking for viable and affordable equipment, software, training units and other resources.   The attendees are respected education authorities who initiate projects and programs, solicit bids and are prepared to make purchasing decisions based on what they see at the trade show.

Due to availability, for guests wanting to stay Tuesday Night (4/2), please reserve your room at the Crowne Plaza Airport

If you require all three (3) nights, you will need to reserve these rooms separately.
