Innovation in Technical Education Award | Frank GarroHVAC Technology Program ChairIvy Tech Community College- Fort WayneWhen the pandemic started in 2020, students were prevented from coming to the labs. Frank created virtual learning experiences and modified the curriculum, so the students could complete their programs. He worked with speed and accuracy which assured quality and continuity for the students. He was one of the first to volunteer to present in an ATEA "Best Practice Call" on HVAC bringing together instructor from across the nation. |

Donated thousands of dollars in equipment including training aids and items to support the corrections courses and the Law Enforcement Academy. Provides training to faculty and students.
