ATEA 2014 Region 5 Exhibitor Registration

Registration

Base fee:
  • Sponsor will be noted in the program and on the ATEA website and ATEA Journal
  • Sponsor the Friday breakfast. Secondary educators will join the ATEA Region faculty and adm for the Friday program and Keynote.
  • Sponsor industry and Devils Tour tours. All Sponsors will be recognize in the conference program, on the ATEA webpage and in the ATEA Journal.
  • Durham's Buffalo Ranch social and dinner. All sponsors will be recognized in the program, on ATEA webpage and ATEA Journal.

Registration is closed
Exhibitor Contract for the ATEA Region 5 Conference in Gillette,  Wyoming.   Registration includes tickets for Thursday night Oct. 9 Durham Buffalo Ranch: the social, dinner and speaker, Mike Wandler, President of L& H Industrial.   

Exhibit fees:  $300 for a 6' table, $400 for 8' table--chair and social event pass to Durham Buffalo Ranch.  Additional booth space is $100.
Set up from 7:00 to 4:00 Thursday Oct. 9.
Exhibitor will provide thier own extension power cord for electrical hookup (50ft or longer) if needed.

Exhibitor understands that the registration fee is not refundable for cancellations received 30 days prior to the conference.

Exhibitor agrees to keep ATEA and Northern Wyoming CC District harmless for any damage, loss, cost liability, or other non-program expenses associated with the exhibitor's occupancy and use of exhibition premises.

Exhibitor contracts are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive a confirmation letter upon receipt of your registration.
